Eyebrow waxing works by applying warm (not hot) wax to areas of unwanted hair. The wax is applied to the direction of hair growth, a cloth strip is placed firmly on top. After a few seconds, the cloth is quickly pulled off in the opposite direction that your hair grows.

BOOKING POLICY

★ It is REQUIRED to pay a booking fee to reserve your appointment slot. The booking fee is transferable 1 time, however, they are non-refundable, this amount will be credited towards your total.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
If you need to reschedule, you may TEXT made 48 hours in advance via text (703) 269 8459. You can reschedule 1 TIME ONLY. Failure to reschedule within 48 hours before the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW NO CALL POLICIES

The booking fee is non-refundable, please inform me by TEXT if you need to change your appointment.
If you decide to cancel under 48 hours before your appointment time or NO SHOW NO CALL, this will result in forfeiture of your booking fee and 50% of the remaining balance of your service.

LATE POLICIES

Clients that are 15 minutes late to their appointment will be canceled without rescheduling and I will consider your appointment as NO SHOW NO CALL, this will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
If you are late 3 times in a row will result in NO BOOKING in the future. No exceptions are made.
This policy is due to the number of clients that are seen each day, as a Professional Artist, I cannot risk running late to following clients.
Please give yourself plenty of time before your appointment.

PAYMENT POLICIES

No refunds will be given on services that have been completed and paid for.
All product sales are final.

Individual results will vary from client to client
Aftercare of your PMU, long-term skin care and your skin type will directly contribute to your final results.
Some clients may require additional PMU touch-ups to achieve their desired results.
Regular touch-up pricing will apply.
